          The ORE Syndicate, the largest mining corporation in the galaxy was in trouble earlier this week, when the escort for a convoy of their industrial ships, heading out of the syndicate region failed to turn up.             Yesterday, a group of Amarrians, claiming to be Khanid officials, called for a task-force to gather in the Gehi system. The purpose of the taskforce was apparently to purify space, removing hostile influences in the Khanid regions. The group was led by Jeremia Hurson supposedly of the Ministry of Assessment.               It was Lai Dai time on all fronts last Sunday at the COLOSSUS championships as Team Lai Dai swept the tournament's final race, winning both the team contest as well as the individual 1st, 2nd and 3rd places.
